Logging in
SUPERINTENDENTLogin gate active
Currently only the admin account can log in. If your superintendent account is rejected, contact the administrator. The gate lifts when the system is "dumb-proof on inputs and procedures."
First-time setup
When the administrator creates your account:
- You receive a one-time message via the in-app messenger (mirrored to your email outside quiet hours)
- The message contains your username and a temporary password
- Log in at pmsplanner.com and change the password immediately
- Confirm the role badge in the header reads SUPERINTENDENT
Forgot password
The administrator resets it. Send a messenger thread to @admin (or, if you can't log in, send an email to the administrator's address — the messenger uses the same address for the email mirror).
Sessions
- Cookie expires after 14 days of inactivity
- Logging in from a new browser does not log you out elsewhere
- "Sign out" clears the cookie immediately
