Dashboard tour

SUPERINTENDENT The Dashboard is the home view for any vessel you have access to. Pick a vessel from the dropdown in the header; the dashboard rebinds to it.

What you see

• Vessel header — name, IMO, DWT, flag, type, class. A "Particulars" badge appears next to the vessel header (v2.29.0) if the Particulars PDF is present.
• Vessel-metric rings — quick KPIs (jobs due / overdue, drafts pending, source-doc completeness)
• Recent activity — latest 20 events on the vessel
• Swarm overlay — collapsible AI-status overlay (top-right) shows per-provider running / idle / failed state. Click the chevron to collapse it to a 220px pill.

Sidebar

The left sidebar shows only vessels you are assigned to. If a vessel is missing, ask the administrator to update your vessel_assignments.

Navigation

The header tabs are Vessel · Components · Dashboard · Data. Admin and Supervisor users additionally see Knowledge Base.

Vessel button restored (v2.12.26)

The Vessel button in the top nav was briefly removed (v2.12.24.1) and then restored after owner feedback. It's now the primary way to return to the vessel detail page from any other view.
