Knowledge Base entries

SUPERVISOR Manage cl_knowledge_base entries directly. Admin → Knowledge → KB.

Tabs in the KB section

• Entries — list of corrections, filterable by target_code / dept / quarantined
• Ship's Documents — per-vessel source_documents with chunk counts; bulk re-chunk for unindexed
• Pipeline view — visualisation of how a query flows through the KB
• Stats — quarantinedCount, activeCount

Quarantined entries

Rows with quarantined=1 have a target_code not in the active Master. They are excluded from the matcher (WHERE quarantined=0). To heal them, the administrator runs the KB orphan heal job.

Editing an entry

Supervisors can edit correction_text and learning_weight. They cannot:

• Change target_code (would change which code the correction biases)
• Toggle quarantined (admin-only via cascade or heal jobs)
• Hard-delete (soft-delete only)
